6-Week Puppy Training Course

The first months of a puppy’s life shape the dog they become. This six-week indoor puppy school, built on Karen Pryor Academy principles, focuses on building the behaviours you want rather than just stopping the ones you don’t: confidence around new dogs and people, settling and calm decision-making, marker training fundamentals, sit, down, recall and loose lead walking.

Classes run indoors and outdoors at Surf Coast Rural in Torquay and are capped at six puppies, so every pup gets individual feedback each week, with homework emails after each session and catch-ups available if you miss a week. Structured socialisation is done properly: no chaotic puppy free-for-alls, just calm, confident learning that transfers to your home, walks and cafes. For puppies six months and under at their first session.
